Over the course of the last decade, I have spent a great deal of my free time exploring health, nutrition and fitness related information through articles on the internet, influencers on instagram, published books, podcasts…the list goes on. After spewing so much of my acquired tid bits of vital knowledge to my family and close friends, I realized I have been providing lots of wellness awareness! That brings me here — to ask “are you well aware?”

If you are still reading, maybe some of what I share can bring you more awareness to all things wellness related. All of my “research” has provided me with many tips, tricks and enlightening information on topics ranging from biological aspects of muscle groups to different products/supplements labels. I will share some of those findings here, but *please note* — I am NOT certified in medicine, nutrition or fitness and I am NOT claiming to be providing ground breaking or widely unknown information. For some readers, my posts may be new news while for others it may be already known information. I am sharing information that I have found to be helpful in my own life. Please take what you wish from the information I am providing and enjoy!
